Raw feeding

I have a fussy dog - she is on a mix of Millie's wolfheart duck and veg kibble and forthglade duck wet. This is a combination she does eat but she is never desperate for her food or finish it in one go etc. we tried taking the food away if not eaten - she's not bothered and will just not eat. She sometimes eats it scatter fed in garden but this is messy and if she doesn't eat it all the neighbours cat has started coming in the garden to eat it!

We tried so many brands and flavours and this is the best so far in terms of her mostly eating it and having good poos and a shiny coat etc. we are limited in flavours as both chicken and beef make her itchy and sloppy poo and most foods seem to have either in!

So I was thinking of trying raw. But I don't know where to start, how easy and cost effective it is to buy it and store it? Or how much she'd need? She's 12.7kg and has maintained this weight for well over a year so I think it's her ideal and she's unlikely to get bigger as she's 2 now!

I'd appreciate any suggestions of brands and a rough idea on how I'd work out portion sizes and cost etc. Also any experience on previously fussy eaters!

Thanks

Google a raw food calculator there's loads. Put on her age and weight and it will tell you how much she needs. Go for a 80-10-10 mix as it's easier than adding bone and organs in separately. Bella and duke is good food or google a raw food supplier in your area.

Mine are on Naturaw. All the packaging is plastic free. I get the 'Original' subscription every 5 or 6 weeks and it's £75 but that's for a 12.5kg dog and a 7kg dog (30 × 500g). There are no vegetables in this variety so I adjust the delivery date as needed and they have a vegetable day once or twice a week. They do a Forage variety that includes veggies, seeds, egg etc but it costs more.
