Our year-old Pom is suddenly finding it more difficult to climb the stairs and is generally walking more stiffly. The vet warned us a couple of years ago thst he had “bad knees” and he takes vitamin supplements to strengthen his joints.
I’m guessing it’s the onset of arthritis, poor boy. How’s it generally treated and is treatment effective? I’m assuming steroid injections or something similar.
