Anyone have any experience of John Lewis pet insurance, good or bad?

We are just in the process of adopting a rescue dog and looking at insurance, John Lewis is coming up really well but Ive never used them before and hoping some of you have and can let me know if they are any good,

I just recently took a policy out with John Lewis, so while I can’t comment on making a claim yet, they came very highly recommended by a friend. And I’ve had really good customer service from them so far, so that’s a good sign 😊
