Small mixed breed dog. No issues off lead. But if he is on lead and we are sat down on a bench or stood still and another dog comes up close (at a distance across the road say, non-issue) he can sometimes react barking. Anyone had this issue and cracked it? Will then walk passed moving without a problem. Distraction with treats but if I miss the cue the reaction/ barking starts.
