I don't know if this is allowed but can I please suggest people avoid the company 'Not in the Dog House' - I ordered some items in November that did not arrive.
They originally said they were sending a replacement, this did not arrive either.
They then said they would process a refund, which has also not arrived.
All attempts at communication have failed and they do not answer the phone.
Luckily I'm not hugely out of pocket but it is frustrating.
I have reported to trading standards.
Looking at online reviews plenty of other customers have had similar issues. Just thought I'd try to warn people against having a similar experience.
