DDog urinating whilst lying down

Sitting watching TV, DDog lying on his bed, all of a sudden sound of running water - he’s peeing in his bed whilst lying there! He’s not even 4 yet so doesn’t seem likely to be an age-related thing, and only about an hour or so since he’d been let outside. He’s regularly let outside and normally starts pacing around when he needs to be let out too. Has anyone come across this before?

Any recent medication, e.g. wormer or flea treatment?

My dog did this, it stopped when she had a benign tumour removed which I presume must have been pressing on her bladder

UTI perhaps, off the vets.

Definitely needs a vet check even if it ends up being a one off event IMO.

He needs the vet - probably a UTI but it could be kidney issues so best to see them ASAP.
