Has anyone used this service and is it impossible to get one? Have heard there's a shortage of drivers who will accept pets. We need to get a taxi home with our small dog this evening and am a bit worried about being stranded.

We use it all the time. Never had an issue with it. They might charge a tiny bit more but they know what they're getting when you order one
