Just that really. She's always scuffling around trying to snaffle the crumbs underneath the feeder.

I've moved it into front garden but miss watching the birds and wondered if there was a solution.

Have you got a fat ball feeder with a tray underneath?
or you could hang a tray under your existing feeder to catch crumbs.

Have you tried changing your fat balls? I honestly haven’t noticed any crumbs from ours but our birds will only eat a certain brand! Change where you put them maybe? If they were right in the middle of a bush the dog might not be able to get to any crumbs dropped.

On some level or other, restrict access.

It could mean putting a tray underneath, fencing off that area of the garden, or switching to something your dog finds less appealing like seeds
