Vomiting and black poo

Vomiting after eating, no appetite and black hard chipotle shaped poo. Lethargic. Keeping water down, just not food.

any ideas? Vets booked obviously

Black poo can mean there is blood in it, and that combined with vomiting, lack of appetite.. I would be very worried it was a serious blockage :(
I hope it was a today appointment?
