Lumps all over dog’s nose

Earlier I noticed my 3 year old Dobermann had a sore on her nose/snout - a crusty sore bump. I assumed it was an injury but an hour or so later a 2nd one appeared on the other side. Then a 3rd came up on the top of her nose, then a 4th …

Now one is coming up on her muzzle.

she also has a runny nose - a bit of sneezing, excess saliva in her mouth … any ideas?

have you got piriton in the house? My dog had hives at the end of summer and we were told to give two piriton tablets. Cleared it up in 12 hours

Though my dog was mostly swollen, not crusty or sore. Vet maybe?

Impetigo? Do dogs get that?

Pemphigus Foliaceus?

I would be concerned about Alabama Rot.
