Body cam

So I'm thinking of buying a body cam, one that doesn't cost £££.
I was walking my boy this morning, through a park. He is never interested in people, and usually steers clear, unless the human is being friendly, even then he gives no more than a little sniff and walks away. Today a man on a bench, smiled at him as he was sniffing leaves etc, so my dog went to sniff his shoes and his leg, wagged his tail a bit. Nothing unusual there. The man then turned around, accused me of owning a "vicious breed" (German Shepherd), and complained to the park warden that I had an out of control dog. (he was on a long line) The park warden, luckily saw the whole thing and calmly told the man that he should just calm down and perhaps not smile at dogs.

I've been thinking about getting a body cam for some time, and hoping for some recommendations.
Does anyone use one? Hopefully not a ££ one.
I honestly wish people would stop trying to have any contact with my dog at all. It's ridiculous

I will of course now be working on stopping him going up to any people. Just in case an odd reaction from a person starts any reactivity to people.
He's just coming through a phase of dog reactivity and calmly walked by two dogs today, one a terrier and the other a Rottie, which used to be high up on his reactivity list

I don't use one, but I think this is a wonderful idea. To keep yourself a your pup safe!

I have considered one for off lead dogs that aren't under the control of their owners, that constantly approach my 2 who are always on leads as 1 is super reactive and the other is scared.

Im a dog walker and always wear a body cam. It has been invaluable in many instances

The one I have at the minute is a Boblov Kj09. It is waterproof and also has a night camera so you may not need that. It also has quite a large range of vision so can see dogs approaching from the side which has proved useful

I think it is a terrible idea. I do not like the thought of people walking round filming other people. Creepy AF.

Yes, also tired of owners allowing their off leash dogs to approach mine, this is how my dog became reactive in the first place.

Thankyou, I'll look into that one.
