Rug/runner

What's the best rug/runner to have by the back door to absorb dirty dog paw prints (if you can't grab them and clean them first!)

I have a Marvel washable runner from Dunelm.

We have a runner from Hug at Home. They are a cheaper alternative to Turtle Mats and they have some neutral and classic designs too.

We have a turtle mat and I wouldn't be without one. Worth every penny and totally washable. We do have a dog who is the dog equivalent of a wallowing hippo when it rains so is constantly filthy!

@TwoSpoonsofSugar have you washed yours in the machine? I need to get an 80x150 one and am just a bit concerned about being able to stick it in the machine.....

Ours is the 65x150 runner and we've been able to put it in the washing machine with no issue. We have a normal sized washing machine too.
