11 week old BT air snapping near faces

Is this normal behaviour? She does it to our faces if we’re sat low close to her. Mainly when drowsy or over excited (we try to tone down over-excitement and we don’t wind her up but inevitably sometimes she is overstimulated when guests come round etc, which in itself is important for socialisation)

Thanks from a first time pup owner

Yes, she really is still a baby, and you need to teach her manners. So ignore her (unless you actually have to prevent something) when you don't like what she's doing, and reward her for the behaviour you want.

Are you teaching her to settle (in crate or basket), and to be calm around visitors? Teaching her to stay or go to basket when the doorbell goes, and then to come out calmly to say hello, is much more important than a giddy round of meeting people.

Are you doing puppy classes?
