How long for needle biopsy results

Ddog has a weird growth on his face. Initially it was a small cut that healed into a fleshy lump. Took him to the vets 3 weeks ago and he was given a course of antibiotics although vet seemed to think it wasn’t caused by a cut. By the time the antibiotics had finished lump was much bigger, weepy and bleeding so a needle biopsy was done last Tuesday. Despite calling regularly no results back and no one seems to be chasing it up. Lump has now formed into a massive black scab.
I’m surprised the results are taking this long but don’t know if I would be unreasonable to go down in person tomorrow and kick up a fuss or is this a normal wait time?
Have added some photos of the lump from when we first visited vet to today. Any thoughts and advice greatly appreciated.

I think we were told 10 days to 2 weeks for histology results from a lump removed on my dog.

I can't remember the exact length but it was within the timeframe they gave me.

Thanks maybe I’m being a bit impatient then although the vet gave the impression it would be less than a week. Hopefully it won’t be much longer!
