Puppy and kong

What can I stuff a kong with for an 8 week old puppy? She is a typical puppy and chewing everything so need to invest in some good chew toys to offer instead of my shoes lol. I already have a kong but not sure what to stuff it with because I don’t want to upset her tummy. She currently has dry kibble for her meals. Any suggestions?

If you’re worried about upsetting her stomach, you can soak some of her kibble until you can mush it into a paste and squish that in there. Then as you introduce treats for training you can wedge a few of those in there as well or just put a few in loose for her to bounce about.

I used to just use kibble with a tiny amount of peanut butter or Arden grange pate or wet food so that it's not totally loose. My pup wasn't interested in mushed up kibble alone

Although to start with I just used kibble loose whilst she learned what a Kong was about.

Mix her kibble with warm water and turn it into a paste, or use puppy wet food.

Forthglade 90% trays are good, they should make at least 6 kongs worth, the tray can only stay open 2 days so make sure you freeze it. Or a tiny bit of tuna in spring water (not brine or oil), a little banana is a good option as is live goats yoghurt or a bit of goat milk. Basically just to make it a bit wet Mix any of these with kibble and freeze. I’d use any of these and replace one of her meals with the kong.
