Petplan Track a claim

I had an email today saying my vet hasn’t completed the forms but on track a claim it says closed. Does this mean the claims been accepted? Tia!

I wouldn't have thought so and would be contacting petplan as to why it is closed when you have just received that email.

Looks like it’s been paid out to me , or will be imminently , if the vet hadn’t done the forms how would they know the cost or did you fill out forms as well .

Are they paying the vet direct? I would speak to your vet and see if they have had the payment or sent back the forms. Then check your account and see if you have received the money.
