Doglovers this is not a Project fear, its real. I've got nothing against street dogs (we owned one when we lived abroad, and he was a wonderful dog) but it does concern me that illnesses and parasites are being brought into the UK that have the potential to infect a number of other dogs, or even become endemic.

I'm not usually a fan of increasing regulation, but I am here.

This is very important and must be taken seriously. The poor foster carer who lost all her own dogs too.
