Puppy yelping after vaccinations

Our puppy got her second lot of vaccs today, at 2pm.

She's very tired and lethargic (which I expected) but also seems to be very tender and in pain (which I didn't). She is yelping when we stroke her or lift her.

Is this normal?

No what did the vet say when you asked them?

Any vaccination site can be tender.

It was not just at the vaccs site, but all over her.

Very short-lived though. By 8pm she was jumping about daft and this morning she's right as rain.
