Ultrasound teeth cleaning for my dog

I have been getting my dogs teeth cleaned at a groomer with an ultrasound tooth brush. I have had problems with his teeth in the past and had to have him put under sedation for the vet to get all the bad stuff off.

He has been having this treatment every 2 months and his teeth are great. However, it is really hit and miss for me to get an appointment and yesterdays was cancelled.

Is this something that I can do? Anyone do this with their dog themselves?

Anyone can pay to do the course - have you had a look at whether there's anywhere nearby to offer it?

I am not so much interested on going on the course, but buying the equipment myself and doing it with instructions. Just interested to see if anyone has a toothbrush like this they use with their dog.
