Im in isolation from people be use I have thyroid cancer and I've had radioactive iodine and started chemo a couple of days before that so I'm pretty toxic at the mo. Only a couple of days to go.

However! Im in my mums spare room with one of my dogs. She just wasn't well enough to stay on our farm with DH, she's a border terrier if that is relevant. She came off crate rest for a ruptured acl 2 days before my procedure and I needed to take her with me so she didn't do zoomies!!

My issue is. When my mum goes out to work, she puts her 13 year old tiny dog in with me, they get on well together, but he's weeing everywhere!! I mean they come down stairs when I make a cup of tea with my kettle and cup and they go out every 45 mins ish as it gives me something to do, and he's still pissed on everything!

I suspect the weeing is when my mum comes home and I go for a shower or bath the door doesnt shut properly and be gets in and just wees on everything that is on the floor, near the floor, the bed!!

Im so frustrated with it all. I know he's old but he went through a phase of doing this a few years ago.

I can't wait to go home.

Is it my dog that's setting him off? Shes coming to the end of her season but hes neutered and has never been interested in any kind of dog, he doesn't play at all.

Tldr: dog keeps peeing on my things is it my dog that is the issue? He goes outside every 45 mins

Then you need to put him out during the day or get incontinent mats placed in areas that the dog is more likely to pee.
You can’t be clearing up after the dog every hour

Can you order some puppy pads on amazon for next day delivery? That would drive me crazy also.

I've just put him in the garden. It's enclosed and he can't get out.

Thanks
