I'm so worried! My 6 month old puppy has been up all night with diarrhoea and being sick, I'd say probably every hour. This morning he's just slept, won't eat or drink Sad I have him in at the vets at 12.15. Please cross your fingers for him.

Oh no - I had a poorly puppy earlier this week, I know how worrying it it.

Fingers crossed the vet can put your mind at ease. If it's only just started overnight at least you are on it, and he's being seen promptly.

Let us know how you get on!

Was your puppy okay? I honestly don't think I worried this much when DS was a baby!!!

Has your puppy recently had wormer or flea treatment? Some of those can cause vomiting and diarrhoea. The combined 2-in-1 treatments are especially bad for that.

My pup had gastroenteritis back in January she was quite poorly (wouldn’t eat or drink either and when she did brought it back up). She needed a few trips to the vets for antiemetics but made a full recovery xx hope he feels better soon xx

Yes she's on the mend, thanks, after a couple of rough nights and some poonamis!. Likely some sort of bug she picked up. Vet gave her probiotics and special food and also a treatment for Giardia, just in case.

But it was worrying - when they are this tiny you are aware they can go downhill really quickly so I was very conscious of that. Well done on getting her seen quickly and hope you get reassuring news later

He had x2 injections, one for sickness and a steroid injection. The vet said she wasn't too worried and this should help him pick back up.

He has come home and shit everywhere again though Grin aren't puppies great!

Yeah gotta love them. Even when you wake up at 4am and discover a poonami on your bedroom carpet boke

Anyway, glad the vet wasn't too worried and hope he recovers soon
