Do I report this and if so, to who?

Hi all
Sorry if this post is a bit confusing I'm just really concerned about a woman I know. She lives across the road from me

When we met about half a year ago she had a little cockapoo puppy. Found out they had to rehome it because they couldn't cope - she added me on social media and I was seeing loads of posts she had made where she had these tiny puppies which all looked like too small to be honest. Basically over the space of 2 years she has taken in 5/6 puppies (one at a time) and then gotten rid of all of them. Just recently I was aware of a cocker spaniel puppy which has since gone and literally 15 minutes ago I've seen a van pull up, a woman carrying a tiny puppy has taken it and dropped it off at her house.
It just doesn't feel right and I'm angry that she feels its OK to keep taking in puppies when she can't cope to then just give them away again

Would you report this and who would be the best to report it to? I just don't think it's fair on the poor puppies.

Sounds bizarre. Is she maybe selling puppies, maybe stolen puppies? Keeps them a while until the dust settles, sells them on. Maybe she fosters for a rescue. It doesn't sound like she could possibly be getting puppies that frequently and rehoming them because she can't cope.

You could try phoning the RSPCA and talking it through with them.

So in several of her posts ok Facebook she seems to have loads of issues. Jan this year she took in a lab puppy and made posts on several lab pages about how it wees every 30 mins loads of other issues etc. The pup has gone and she now has another. I had been round her house once When she had the cockapoo puppy and it was running about in the garden like they do, her 2 kids were screaming so it got put in a cage.

Perhaps I'll do that then, I don't want to report for nothing but it just doesn't sit right with me. Multiple puppies with multiple issues and then just like that they're gone and replaced.

Oh and I asked if she fostered before in conversation, she doesn't.

I would ring somebody who works with dogs, rspca, a rescue, a dog warden or a trainer and ask them who should ring. They will know if there is anybody who will do something and should be able to advise you of what to do.

Thank you, will do this

Sounds like she could be a front for a puppy farm , have you looked on gumtree / pets 4 homes etc to see if she’s advertising the latest one for sale .

This sounds like she's taking in stolen puppies & is part of a ring who sells them on.
Usually the puppies are too young, damaged & unhealthy but they still sell them
Talk anonymously to the RSPCA. This woman needs to be stopped particularly as puppies aren't selling now due to the high cost of living & no-one can afford them anymore. They often get dumped to perish.
Horrible business.
