MIL got a puppy recently- he's an adorable little cavochon mix. His coat is very fine and silky, and she's struggling to keep it from matting. He's just had to have a very close trim to remove the mats despite being still quite young (5 months I think?)
She has a small slicker brush which he hates and wriggles like a demon. Is there a better brush we could try? He's such a sweet puppy, I hate the thought of him being cold with his close shave in this weather. This is him before the trim.
