Crufts 2022 recommendations

I am taking friends (45 year old and 13 year old daughter) to crufts, we have had our own dogs in the past but don't have dogs at the moment) We have never been to crufts before. We definitely want to go to the discover dogs section but what else is good to make sure we see/watch. We are going on the Saturday.Any other tips welcomed.

Here is a timetable for other bits and pieces that are on during the day on Saturday - if you haven't got seats for the ring, there will be huge TV screens that you can watch.

Saturday's main show is breeds from the Toy and Utility groups, although you'll obviously be able to see most breeds on Discover Dogs.

Wear very comfortable shoes, layers that you can put on/off as you get hotter or colder - there will be a huge amount of stalls for shopping, a lot of which will obviously be dog stuff, but there will be loads that are not dog specific too.

Take your own food! There’s a wide range of food stalls but they are mostly snack type or very expensive. If you take yourselves a picnic you can find a quiet corner to eat it in one of the more remote halls, and just treat yourselves to stall food if you fancy an extra.
