We've previously had dogs with names Jasper, Rocky, Oliver, Merlin and Cole so it rules out some top contenders unfortunately.

I love nature inspired names but DH has said no to Oakley apparently it's a sunglasses brand and River.

We've gone with Stanley, which was our original name idea many years ago when we toyed with the idea of another dog so it seems fitting.
