Poodle coat at home

hi folks

I am torn between a wcs or miniature poodle

I was wondering if anyone can tell me about either breed and specifically for the poodle, what is possible re doing the coat at home into a basic cut all over

I clip my mini poodle. I bought professional clippers, I think they were around the £100 mark but I've had them years now. I couldn't manage it with cheap clippers
I bath her first then put conditioner on, I use any that I don't like, so her hair is soft and easy to clip. I just go all over with the comb attachment and then no comb on her legs and muzzle

You shouldn't use human shampoo or conditioner for dog it's not good for their skin
