What does parvovirus smell like?

My dog is fully vaccinated, just coming up to 3 years old. Been vomiting and lethargic since last night. The vomit smells absolutely horrific, like unapproachable horrific. I’ve cleaned it up, sprayed antibacterial cleaner on it and sprayed air freshener yet the smell is still pungent.

She’s at vets first thing but I’m worried it could be parvo??

Parvo virus is normally the diarrhoea that smells. It’s smells like metal, iron. It’s the blood they are passing. It’s very distinctive

This smells like metal, so strong, sour smelling. Yellow coloured

HGE can also smell like metallic that so I wouldn't necessarily jump to parvo straight away.

If she's fully vaccinated it's unlikely to be parvovirus.

There is a horrendous doggy bug going round at the moment so I would be more likely to suspect that, really. I hope she's okay.
