Got a VW caddy van to transport my dogs on walks - kitting it out suggestions please?

I have 3 large dogs - two flatcoated retrievers and a shepherd mix. Until fairly recently I had two dogs and the hatchback boot of my car was fine but now its too cramped for all three and I have bought a VW caddy van. I don't want them rolling around like nine pins in the back of the van and need to get it kitted out / crated up with fixed crates. Anyone done the same and who did you use?

Ours is an estate car with two large breeds, so not exactly the same, as not a van. We used Barjo - not cheap, but made to fit our specific make and year of vehicle and make the best use of space. If I needed to fit it out again I would go for something crash-tested, as I do worry about a rear-end shunt.

Crash tested options are really expensive, but worth it if you can afford it. The ones I know about are Mimsafe, 4 Pets Pro or Trans K9.

I drive a caddy, for 4 dogs. My cages are from Lintran. Also look at Samson and DT boxes.

TransK9 do good crates.

They're expensive but they hold their value and they have a second hand section on their website too.

On Facebook marketplace there is often the fixed crate set-ups for sale when people are changing their vehicle.Dog Agility groups probably good to check out and maybe able to advise if decide want them built to own specifications.

I got a barjo one off eBay years ago total bargain, even with the fuel cost for the long journey. It had more than one exit which was important to me as friend car was rear ended and was struggle to get the dogs out.
My dogwalker just used normal crates strapped together, they aren't as strong and wastes space but were more affordable.

Try looking on Facebook site " dog car, van, transport for sale" also agilitynet has frequent posts about setups. Agility flea market site sometimes has crate set ups for sale. Good luck
