Staffie puppy

After some reassurance about a puppy I am considering, after looking at a few different breeds. I've decided to stick with what I know and get another staffie.
I've found one which is older 18 weeks, being rehomed as she doesn't get along with her litter mate sister, it's the other one that's the bully. The lady is lovely and has had a behaviourist in , but ultimately decided to re-home.
I've met her and taken her for a walk, she wasn't bothered about other dogs and was scared of ducks.
What I am worried about is her being reactive because she's been bullied?, Is this likely at 18weeks?.
Mine have been older rescues previously some reactive and aggressive with other dogs.
I don't want this again, I will obviously continue with the puppy classes she's already doing.

Positive interaction with confident, sociable dogs is your best solution. Find local dog walking groups, puppy parties, or even a friend who has such a dog.

Agree with above and lots of puppy classes that are mixed with a positive trainer.

No need to tell you how lovely they are, but pics please 🤣

She’s young it won’t take her long to settle with you and I am sure she will be ok when she’s not being bullied by her sis. Yes please add a pic of the gorgeous girl if you have one Smile
