That really. It’s rotten. She has a few toys and she likes nothing better but to chew and suck, and rub the soppy bits on people. She’s otherwise perfect (apart from the odd sneaky wee) and the spit on things is horrid. She is 9 months old and wasn’t removed from her mum till she was 12 weeks. Any ideas?

I don't k is, maybe tying to make friends with people. I wouldn't worry about it

It's totally normal - gross, but normal!

My pup doesn't do this but she has a few soft toys who are her "babies" whom she suckles, cuddles, and is protective of. Your doggie is probably doing the same but wants to share them!

Ours does suckle some of his toys which I think is very normal. If he brings them up to us then he is asking to play, so that we can play tug or fetch with them.

Is she a poodle type? Both mine and DSS dogs do this. Posh dog in particular likes to push his toys against my bum and hip to get my attention. Especially when out on walks. If I’m sitting watching tv with my feet on the stool he pushes his ball or teddy against my foot to get me to play footsie with him.

I usually have to wear waterproof over trousers to protect me from his slabbery muddy ball prints Shock
