I love my girl

We have had our girl since May. I adore her. I can't believe she lives with us. She is perfect, polite, kind, smells of biscuits. I've never had a dog before and I didn't realise what a special relationship it is. She makes everything better. I really do love her. I've just bought a Christmas decoration that looks like her and it's made my week. No reason for posting this other than to love her out loud!

I have 2 black labs and they are just amazingly lovely.

Her farts are less glorious but the cuddles make up for it...

I know what you mean, OP. I've had mine since March and I'm totally in love with him. Like, legit obsessed and can't stop looking at him all the time. My lips actually get dry from kissing his head all the time haha

I’ve had my pup since June and also in love! I grew up with dogs so knew what to expect but it is heartwarming to see how DH (who has never had a dog) has utterly fallen in love with her. They cuddle and snooze together all the time, he takes her out, feeds her and I often find him somewhere in the house brushing her on his lap. It is obvious that the unconditional love of a dog is what has been missing his whole life.

This could be our story. DH did not want a dog but agreed. He loves him totally and absolutely. I love DH more than I did before if that's possible; totally melts my heart to see them together

This could be my life. DH absolutely opposed to getting a dog; loves him to bits now and and set up an Instagram for him!!
