My daughter has been offered a dog from them. She hasn’t been to meet her yet. The info says the dog has a passport, does this mean it has come to the UK from another country?

Well she collected her dog from them 3 days ago and all is going well so far. He gets on well with her existing dog and now settled he is becoming more playful etc which is lovely to see.
He is an unsold puppy from an irish puppy farm ☹️
He will have the most amazing fun and loved life with my daughter. She’s thrilled to bits.
