Dog has for runny eyes - not bothering him and day two now and in both eyes. Not dark /bright green but heading that way I fear

I have bathed with salt water. What else can I do- he's a not a dog you want to take to the vet for every minor ailment!

He is a healthy two year old boxer.

Our dog had gummy eyes which weren't clearing so took to vets and got a squirt in cream. Cleared very quickly. You probably need to bite the bullet and go to the vets.

With eyes I just go to the vets.

Other minor stuff I’d do myself, but you need eye drops for eyes really and if it gets bad enough it can cause permanent damage.

I would get ddog to the vets asap. My ddog had her eye removed last week despite me being ultra quick and realising she was starting with an ulcer.
