Crusty ear margins!

Yuck - my JRT cross has got just that- bit of a danduffy head but the very edges of her ears are a bit crusty and hard.
She’s had a scrape at the vets and nothing come back but could be an allergy.
She’s super fit and healthy 9 year old with the energy of a puppy.
Tried fish oil supplement and she has Burgess senior sensitive food - I’ve used various topical creams but no difference.
Anyone any suggestions??

I’d be thinking allergy.
It could be to something in her food - have you tried giving her chicken and white rice for a bit to see if it improves ?
Or something in her environment like the doggie shampoo you use, an air freshener in the house, the soap powder you wash her bed with.

Yes I wondered that too - I use non bio wash for bedding and her food is Burgess sensitive senior and have changed this a few times recently to see if that was the problem.

Is it grain free ?
I think it’s grain free you need for allergies.
