What can I use to clean cocker spaniel smelly mouth? DDig has been bathed and has regular hair do's but mouth stinks!

Probably has dental disease. You'd be best off getting a dental check at the vets. No amount of brushing will remove hardened tartar. Alternatively could have a mouth injury that's infected.

Teeth. Get them checked.
If ok, probably still need to step up dental hygiene.

Needs a vet check. Their mouth won’t be stinking without a reason. Could be something going on with teeth and gums. Weirdly it’s also sometimes a sign of their anal glands needing doing.

After the vets have cleared them start up with something like plaque off or tropiclean regularly to keep on top of it.

I have a cocker and she recently had to have a wee op to remove the folds of skin on her lower lips. They kept getting infected (yes it absolutely stinks) and no amount of antibiotics would clear it up. Apparently its very common in spaniels. Definitely needs a trip to the vet I'm afraid.

It could either be her teeth or an infection in the folds of skin around her mouth.

Either way she needs to see a vet.
