Do you use a doggie cam to check in when you are out and about? I would like to get one, any recommendations on which one please, low budget

Nooiecam 360 is good for what i need. It takes a sd card, has sound alerts as well as a 2 way mic. It has a motion sensor so i have it in the hall but as my house is small i can catch her as she moves from room to room. It also has night vision so i can see her if i go out for an evening.

I got it from amazon and it was less than £40

I wonder if there's an app where you can set up an old smartphone as a webcam 🤔

I do :)

I just got one from Amazon for £40 or less. Can't remember the brand, but have a look for features like:

  • 360 degree rotation, or close to that
  • ability to move camera around via app
  • ability to hear your dog and also a mic to speak to your dog
  • night vision mode
  • motion sensor if that's important to you

It's great! I love being able to check on him and know that he's ok.

Mine is just set up outside his pen, so I can look in and watch him in there when I'm out.

On the rare occasion he's heard a noise and started barking, I've been able to tell him to settle down via the mic and he'll literally just flop down and go to sleep!

I got a Neos one from Amazon which I think was about £25.

You can't rotate it but it does a good enough job for when I'm out and about.
