Puppy scared of cars

Our new 11 week old puppy is too scared to walk down our road because of the cars. Any suggestions? Treats won't even get him to move!

Move further away from the cars and to a distance to where he will take treats. Spend a short time at this distance but do this for several days and then move a bit nearer.

In the meantime do not let him get close to cars . At 11 weeks is he fully vaccinated to be out and about walking?

You may find at this age carrying him would be a better option but again keep your distance from the cars until he is happier. Go at his pace not yours

We live on a fairly busy road so the first weeks we were out and about we either drove to green spaces or carried pup to quieter side streets before walking. We also spent time in the front garden just watching traffic (with treats).
