Puppy book

All being well we should be getting our first puppy at the end of January. Any recommendations on good books to read, I know I can find loads of information on the internet but my 12 year old prefers to read books so would like to get her one. she's a incredibly competent reader any suggestions??

And if your 12 year old is into YouTube point them towards Dog Training by KikoPup. Just keep to this channel and beware of what else pops up as suggested watching as there's a lot of poor advice both online and on YouTube.

The Facebook group Dog Training Advice and Support is another resource to join too for yourselves.

All the best with your new puppy.I was there a year ago.the first year is lots and lots of work.Always remember,the effort you put in the first year,will be rewarding for all the many years to come.Also I think it is great your daughter is allowed a puppy/dog.Kids that grow up with a dog learn really important facts of life.All the best, enjoy it!
