Dig Grooming Gloves

DDog doesn't really like being groomed. I'm thinking of trying those grooming gloves.
I've just had a look online and I'm baffled by the choice!
Has anyone tried them? What are they like and which type/ brand would you recommend?
TIA

What breed is your dog?

(My dad used to use very soft brush on his Whippets ... while i have taught my Tibetan Terrier to lay down on the floor- relaxing- for brushing. )

If your ddog happens to be a golden retriever like mine, then no they are rubbish. I've tried them when he was a pup and he just found them a bit freaky I think and they don't really get to grips with all the fur at all. Not bad for getting hair off furniture though!

She's a spaniel.

I’ve got one... no clue what brand, think I got it at home bargains or b&m tbh, lol.

In terms of dogs who don’t like brushes, they’re pretty good - I’ve never had one object to it, they just usually go... weird stroking glove, ok.

But... I’m not sure they’d do a spaniel, depends on the coat, some spaniels maybe, others not so much.

Current dog has short, but fluffy coat, that’s fine, I’ve used them on rotties and a lab cross and they’re ok apart from full on coat change time where I needed more than that.

But they were no use on a collie or Lhasa apso

Thank you.
She's not a particularly hairy spaniel, she's more flat coated than fluffy, so I might give them a go.
I'll pop to B&M at the weekend and have a look. The pictures of them I saw online didn't help me get an idea whether or not they were any good!

I found them rubbish but I suppose it depends on your dogs coat.
