Let's talk about 💩

Our lab - just turned one - has started doing two 💩 on his evening walk. The first is solid and formed and then later on, his second one is VERY loose!

He's wormed monthly. Any ideas on how we could stop this? 😊

Mine has loose stools if she has had too much food, esp her kibble. It took a little while to get her food to the right amount so she wasn't hungry but also had firm poos. It's one thing the company mention as a sign they are being fed too much.

It's quite normal for dogs to do two poos on walks and for the second to be a bit loose - it's normally caused by all the excitement and running around Smile

I'd be glad they're having a good empty before bedtime. Sounds like nothing at all to be concerned about.

Pretty common for our pup to do a good, firm stool on his walk and then a little, shall we say, looser, smaller one. I put it down to the exercise getting everything moving and I've not really worried about it. When he was tiny his record was five little poos on one walk Confused
