My dog sounds like a half filled water container

I have two dogs, same bread both female. They are both fit, lean and very healthy. But one of them sloshes around like she is half filled with water. She doesn’t drink excessively, they are raw fed and hardly drink much at all really.
Is this a thing? I’ve only started to notice it in the last few months, she is 4years old.

My cat sounded like that when her heart and kidneys weren’t working properly. It was fluid sloshing around. Water pills sorted it temporarily.

You will have to take your dog to the vet ASAP.

Heart failure / murmur?

And you've left it a few months?

She is in very good health. Vet checked her over recently. I’ll ask them to take another look but there is really no sign that she is unwell.

She trains at agility regularly and has two hour walks off lead a day. If she had heart failure I don’t think she’d be so active.
