Beef greaves protein

Does anyone know what this is?
Is it as frankenfood as it sounds?

I’ve run out of kibble (I only tend to use it as treats really) and looking for a new one, I’ve told DH to pick up AATU or Lilys kitchen tomorrow (fed both before) or Crave, this one I have never tried but it looked good; high meat, grain free.

Except the ingredients for the beef and lamb one list 20% beef , 16% lamb I think it was, chicken and this mysterious ‘beef greaves protein’ listed near the top.

What are beef Greaves?
Greaves are obtained from the fat-containing meaty parts; primarily from the stomach area of slaughtered animals (beef, pork or poultry) that are suited for food production and, just as is the case with other meat products, this can vary greatly with regard to the quality.

Hmm.
It’s a bit cryptic isn’t it!
Think I’ll give this food a miss tbh
