WIBU to use the loo rolls?

Right at the start of the pandemic I bought a load of loo rolls from Amazon. They were stored in the spare bedroom, when they got to the last two packs Bella decided she liked to sleep on them so being the softie I am I ordered more loo rolls instead of using the two packs Bella had claimed.
I'm now on the last pack of the second order WIBU to use the loo rolls (they are still sealed in the packaging) or should I just buy more?
Does anyone else have these sort of doggy dilemmas? Why does Bella prefer the loo rolls to the memory foam dog bed or the sofa anyway?

Perhaps the plastic covering is warmer than the pet bed? Is it higher than the key bed, perhaps easier to get up from?

My cat used to lie on plastic bags. Woe betide me if I unpacked the shopping and left an empty bag sitting on the floor. She’s either be in it or on it in a second!

Key bed means pet bed!

I read the OP and instantly had a mental image of Bella Emberg creeping uninvited into the ops house and curling up on her spare toilet rolls for a nap. I found it funny so thought I would share.

Bella perhaps sees your toilet rolls as forbidden fruit. I think if you put a blanket over her and call her a good girl the novelty will soon wear off. Our previous dog used to curl up in my basket of clean washing and as a harassed working mother I used to shriek and chase her out. Win win for the dog , comfy new bed and a game of chase! Older me would just think oh no that's the ironing cancelled for the day!
But yes you WBU. You'll just have to get some more
