Help! We are on holiday and my DD 18 is at home with our 2 Lhasa Apso male dogs. The older one (12 yo) has attached himself FIRMLY to a pet rabbit and won't stop. This is highly unusual - is it stress related? Any advice welcome and no daily mail poaching please.

I assume you mean that he is sexually frustrated and humping the rabbit? Has your daughter managed to separate them? Can she keep them separated from now on?

It could be stress related but it could be something medical, like needing his anal glands emptying.

They need separating and kept separated - if anything to protect the poor rabbit who could end up seriously injured. I presume you mean he's humping the rabbit? He may need a vet check or it could just be stress related.
