Help - puppy yapping all of a sudden?

I dropped puppy with my mum this morning while I went to work, she said he had diarreah but was happy.

I’ve picked him up and he’s happy but won’t settle and Keeps yapping. He doesn’t seem to be in pain, just won’t settle and Keeps walking round as if he’s looking for something. Tail wagging and panting.

I’ve seen him have diarreah once, about 2:30, but nothing since then, I haven’t fed him but he doesn’t seem bothered.

I am SO out of my depth, csn any one advise? Thank you!

At such a young age I would take him to the vet tomorrow if he doesn't settle.

I suspect he's just stressed and a bit unsure though.

It could be his diarrhoea making him feel bad, or the stress from leaving him could have given him a funny tummy. Just try to remain calm for tonight and take him to the vets tomorrow if you feel he’s not getting better. Make sure he keeps drinking and keep an eye out for dehydration or anything alarming but he’ll probably be okay.

Can puppies get bloat? I think pacing is a sign.
