We have new neighbours who have 2 dogs a collie and a lab. As far as we can se they are never walked and are left out for hours at a time barking.
We live in a really quiet residential area in brill now.
They have been approached by a few neighbours but just say that’s what dogs do.
Have we just been lucky prior to this, I contacted the council and have been keeping a log but I really don’t hold out much hope.
