I think putting ‘MICROCHIPPED’ and ‘NEUTERED’ are also good ideas - given the rise in dog theft, particularly amongst desirable breeds, and I can only assume the value of an unneutered dog/bitch is greater.

We did:

SURNAME
MOBILE
HOUSE No POSTCODE

VET NUMBER
MICROCHIPPED
NEUTERED
