Has anyone had any experience of giving their dog Masivet chemo. My dog was on this for 6 days and it completely got rid of his tumour but then started to make him violently sick. The vet who prescribed it for him is away on holiday and the locum vet knows nothing about Masivet, to the point that he was going to put my dog to sleep yesterday till I stopped him and insisted on trying anti sickness meds etc. which thankfully seem to be working. My usual vet is back from holiday next week and I have an appointment then with him. In the meantime I just want to know whether the Masivet would still be in his system now, the last time he took it was Saturday lunchtime and how long would it take to get out of his system. I want to establish whether its the Masivet making him nauseous or whether its the cancer itself and I'll only know that when I know the Masivet has left his system. I'd be grateful to hear of anyone's experience of Masivet.
