I am seriously obsessed with dogs at the moment and unfortunately wont be getting a pup for a long while as we havent yet found a breeder that we like the look of and that charges a normal price.

Please show me your dogs or pups and share their personality traits as I neeeeed to see them

My darling girl - lab pup now 6 months. Loves a cuddle and brings us treasure from the garden like a cat! (sticks and stones and holly leaves!). Watches dog tv avidly. Love her to pieces great thread - I love a dog too!!

This is Billy, currently asleep on the kitchen floor as he’s too hot. He’s a 13 week old Labrador puppy. His personality is very intelligent, likes to be busy and have a lot of fun, likes lots of cuddles, fearless around children and other dogs but strongly believes that everyone else was put on the planet to give him attention and gets very indignant when someone walks past him and ignores him 😂.

That’s Dex... he’s a 9 month old, something...

He’s clever, stubborn and really affectionate - if you’re me, lol, he’s not so keen on other people yet.

He’s a rescue, I’ve had him coming up 4 months and he’s very much a work in progress.

Norman (sadly passed away almost two years ago but he was the best dog) and Nancy.

This is Moana. She's an 11 month old springer spaniel. She's a total nutcase and I utterly adore her 💗

These are my problem children, love children and people but really dislike other dogs! They are happy to chill all day with just a small walk and love cuddles

This is Alice. She's a 4yo Podenco-something (possibly Golden retriever, with a bit of Galgo thrown in).

Adopted her at 11months, she'd been very badly abused.

At various times during the day she is a: mountain goat, pig, crocodile, rabbit or snuffle monster.

She loves great big mountain walks, the beach, and running with her Galgo friend called Ringo. She also likes playing peek-a-boo between her paws and eating spaghetti carbonara.

She sleeps long hours and dreams about chasing lots of bunnies, with accompanied woofs!

Sadly she has just been diagnosed with cancer - she had a lump removed from her jowls, and it was a mast cell tumour. She had more tests at the vet hospital yesterday, and these have all come back clear, so it looks as if it hasn’t started to spread yet, which is good news, and we are hoping that a combined chemotherapy and steroid treatment will hold any spread at bay for as long as possible - though the vet has warned us that it can’t actually be cured.

But we are going to give her the best possible quality of life for as long as we can.

@SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius sorry to hear about your girl. Shes so beautiful. You must really adore her. I hope these treatments bring you what you want and she gets to live out the rest of her days having fun. X

This is Sadie at 10 and 11 weeks. She is thirteen weeks today. My last Labrador passed away at 16 and I had her since I was 7 so for most of my life. I missed having a dog so much I couldn’t help myself when I saw her. She’s a bundle of energy but very easily trained, can’t wait to walk her when her jabs kick in!

Brody (at the back) was 13 yesterday!
We've had him 18 months now. He is so calm, chilled and well behaved. When we got him they said he hates walks and never barks 😂both lies. He always wants to play with Loftus but Loftus doesn't really respond! He hates squeaky toys and hides or barks when Loftus has them out. 😂
Loftus (at the front) is nearly 7 I think. I've had him almost 5 years now. He is as mad as a hatter. Greedy, naughty, cheeky, he loves nothing more than a belly rub or to chase a tennis ball.

This is Black lab pup who is 9 months and choc lab who is 5yo bad both since pups. It was soooo much easier with one but they seem so much happier with company.
