Which colour would you say our Labrador is going to be? At the moment I'm thinking she looks most likely Fox red.

I don’t know, but she is GORGEOUS 😍

DeadButDelicious · 25/05/2021 21:30

Oooh definitely a gingery tone there! And absolutely gorgeous!

There is no such thing as a fox red lab. UK kennel club recognise black, chocolate, liver and yellow. She's yellow.

I would agree with you.

What have you called her?

She's absolutely adorable and I love her nose!!

Theee is always one.

Fox red is a variation, or part of the yellow. So technically you’re right but the op isn’t asking for formal class, she’s asking for colour.

Op, yes she’s quite gingery so I think she may be touching on red.

I know that technically there are three shades according to Kennel Club, but the red is classed as a shade of yellow and I was just wondering if she looks like she's going down that shading colour

We've called her Rosie, she's settling in very well so far!

Oh Rosie! I love it. Her fur does have a beautiful rose gold hue to it. ☺️
